Sandra England Bergeron is one of the best known and highly respected women of technology in Silicon Valley. Following a ten year career at McAfee, Inc (NYSE: MFE), Mrs Bergeron is currently a Strategic Advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors of McAfee. She also sits on the Board of Directors of TraceSecurity Inc. and is a Venture Advisor to Trident Capital, and an advisor to Varonis Systems. She also sits on the Board of Advisors for the J. Mack Robinson College of Business of Georgia State University in Atlanta.Prior to her current Board of Directors roles, Mrs.Bergeron served on the Board of Directors of three public companies Tipping Point, Netegrity, and Nuance Communications, all of whom were acquired by other public companies. Sandra Bergeron's national reputation as a computer security thought leader earned her the distinction as one of Information Security Magazine's Top 25 Women of Vision in 2003. Bergeron's opinions on security matters are highly sought after by government and private industry leaders. She has testified to the Subcommittee on Technology within the House Science Committee, regarding how government and private industry can better prepare for virus attacks. Bergeron was selected by U.S. Congressman Mike Honda and San Jose, California Mayor Ron Gonzales to serve on the Silicon Valley Blue Ribbon Task Force on Aviation Security and Technology. The Task Force, comprised of experts from Silicon Valley in the areas of technology, business, policy and aviation, delivered recommendations to increase aviation security. Prior to her current roles, Mrs. Bergeron served as Executive Vice President of Strategy, Research, and Corporate Development at McAfee, Inc. While in this role, Bergeron completed seven acquisitions, and completed several divestitures of major business lines for McAfee. She was also President of PGP Security, a McAfee division, from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, Mrs. Bergeron held executive positions in Sales and Engineering for McAfee.

Mrs. Bergeron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Cum Laude) from Georgia State University and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.

John De Santis has more than 25 years of sales, marketing and general management experience in the telecommunications and information technologies fields and has held management positions with both start-ups and large international public companies. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Sygate Technologies (an enterprise security software company) from 2000 to 2005 until its acquisition by Symantec. Prior to Sygate, De Santis served as senior vice president for Network Computing Devices, and also was vice president, European operations for Cincinnati Bell Information Systems (now Convergys Corporation). De Santis is an alumnus of Fairfield University, and completed the Stanford University Executive Institute Program for Management of High-Technology Companies. He also is on the board of directors for three IT security technology and service providers, Tablus Inc., Applied Identity, Inc., and KSR, Inc.

Nick Efstratis is a Managing Director with Wasatch Venture Fund. He has been a venture capitalist investing in early stage technology companies for the past 7 years. Prior to joining Wasatch Venture Fund, Nick worked in the Business Development Group at Excite and was a founding member of the management team of NetDocuments. Nick and his family are the founders and operators of RanchLife Adventures, a working cattle and guest ranch located in Montana. He has a B.S. in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Accounting/Economics from Brigham Young University. His M.B.A. is from the Marriott School at BYU.

Peter Meekin is a Managing Director of Trident Capital. He has more than 20 years of experience in software, information services, and technology consulting. Prior to joining Trident Capital, he was Vice President of Venture Development at Enterprise Associates, LLC, the venture capital division of IMS Health. He has also held senior technology and management positions with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Lotus Development Corporation, and IBM. In addition, Peter has hands-on entrepreneurial experience having launched three start-up companies in the software and consulting industries. Peter has a BS in Mathematics from the State University of New York at New Paltz.

Morgan Rodd is a Managing Partner of ArrowPath Venture Partners and brings over 15 years of experience with information technology companies as an investor, investment banker and finance executive. He focuses primarily on investments in application and infrastructure software, with an emphasis on security, data management and data integration. Morgan currently serves on the Board, or is a Board observer, of Bridgestream, Gamma Technologies, Siperian, TriCipher and Xceedium. Prior investments and Board seats include Actional (acquired by Progress Software), Immunix (acquired by Novell), NetSec (acquired by MCI), Security Focus (acquired by Symantec) and Sanera Systems (acquired by McData). Before joining ArrowPath, Morgan was Vice President of Corporate Development and New Ventures at E*TRADE Financial. Prior to E*TRADE, Morgan was CFO and Vice President of Business Development of Urbanite Systems, a venture-backed Internet software company. Prior to Urbanite, Morgan was a Principal at Volpe Brown Whelan, where he was head of the firm's healthcare technology investment banking group. He was also a member of the technology investment banking group at Alex. Brown & Sons. Morgan received his B.A. in History from Wesleyan University and M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kevin Talbot is Vice President, Corporate Ventures and Managing Partner, Strategic Technology Fund at RBC Technology Ventures Inc. a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada (RY: NYSE, TSX). His mandate is to pursue a corporate venturing strategy for RBC Financial Group including direct investments and new venture development in enterprise software and services for financial services and related industries.

Kevin has a long track record as an entrepreneur and operator in the information technology industry in both Canada and the USA where he developed extensive start-up, growth and turn-around experience. He has held a number of executive positions including Chairman, CEO, CIO, and VP Operations, Business Development, Marketing and Corporate Development. He has founded or been part of the management teams of four venture-backed start-ups including a web-based financial services technology company based in Boston that was incubated by RBC Ventures. Kevin began his career as an associate with a leading chartered accounting and management consulting firm.

Kevin sits on the boards of Infobright, Brickstream, Lumeta, Tricipher and Tacit Software. He also served on the boards of Thor Technologies (acquired by Oracle), iPhrase Technologies (acquired by IBM), Inea Corp. (acquired by Cartesis) and CashEdge. He is Chairman of the Financial Services Venture Capital Alliance. He is also a Trustee of Toronto Montessori Schools.

In addition to actively managing a venture capital portfolio, Kevin holds an appointment as Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies at the Schulich School of Business (York University) in Toronto where he teaches the final year MBA course in private equity that was developed at the Harvard Business School.

Kevin holds the ICD.D designation and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors’ Corporate Governance College (Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto). He obtained his MBA, with distinction, from York University. He also holds a BA degree in Strategic Studies.

Sean Cunningham is a TriCipher Board of Directors Observer who has spent over 25 years managing, investing and building companies in the high tech industry. Mr. Cunningham’s passion for innovation and entrepreneurial excellence is clearly evident in his investment strategies and company building skills. Mr. Cunningham joined Intel in 1994 and has worked in multiple management roles in Marketing and Sales. Sean spent three years as an entrepreneur with Intel startup companies funded by Intel New Business Investment group. He has been making equity investments with Intel Capital since 2000, currently Director of Strategic Investments responsible for enterprise and internet security technology investments for Intel. Leading investments for multiple Intel business units including Enterprise Products Group, Desktop Products Group, Mobile Products Group, Software Solutions Group and Solutions Market Development Group. Mr. Cunningham also serves as the Intel Capital Board of Director Observer on Cloakware, Credant Technologies, Crossbeam Systems, Tricipher, Lockdown Networks and Signacert. He previously was the BoD Observer for Zone Labs (acquired by Checkpoint Software), Musicmatch (acquired by Yahoo), Trymedia (acquired by Macrovision) and Lifemasters (acquired by Healthways). Prior to Intel, Mr. Cunningham was responsible for Marketing and Service Management functions for over five years with Sequent Computers. He also held numerous Finance Management and Marketing positions during his seven years at ISC Systems. Mr. Cunningham graduated from Gonzaga University with a BBA in Finance and Management. He earned his MBA from Gonzaga University.
